Walkthrough and Design Planning Begin After Agreement

Once you have chosen Magnolia we will enter into an agreement, and our team schedules a walk through to measure, photograph and document the existing space. Soon after the walk through our design team will create a plan/design and our project coordinators will prepare selections sheets and assist in choosing products and designs.

Design Finalized, Kickoff the Project Planning

After finalizing the design and construction details, including your finishing choices, we will begin processing permits and ordering materials. A tentative start date will be provided and our team will be making plans to begin your project!

Collaborative Planning and Ongoing Project Oversight

Our team of project managers, designers, and installers will meet with you in advance of starting to review the scope, schedule and design. This will ensure we share any questions and concerns as well as understand the goal of a smooth, successful, on-time and within-budget completion.

You will experience steady communication and meetings with our Designer, Project Manager and installers (including Lead Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, etc.). Most Importantly, Vic and Chris will visit the site regularly and carefully track progress to completion.

As construction begins, we prepare the site and seal off work areas to ensure cleanliness.

Throughout the project Magnolia Home will provide consistent high level communication. We will be responsive to any questions, concerns or changes that you may have and address them swiftly. Our goal is for our customers to understand each step of the remodeling process, so that when work is completed you understand the steps taken to completion.

Final Walkthrough Ensures Satisfaction and Quality

As the project is completed we walk through with our clients to answer questions and address all final details. Concerns and punch list items will be addressed immediately.
